The property overall is good, it is an older building. We had issues with warm temperature in the room considering it was early November and not even hot outside. The maintenance worker was very attentive to our needs, checked the air conditioning and brought a fan that was really helpful.

Great experience. Clean room. Breakfast menu was fresh. Food option for happy hour was good, but the liquor options (free) for happy hour were ok..need to pay upcharge for decent liquor, but there was enough options for beer and wine.

We had a gorgeous stay at the Marquis Reforma over Day of the Dead - we arrived at 5am and given that check-out wasn't until 3pm, decided to pay an extra night.
