The apartment was very clean and close to many of the places I planned to visit. The front desk guys were really nice and friendly and we felt safe. My only issue was that the water for the shower didn't get warm, just room temp and the apartment itself was really cold.

My stay at Salamanca has been wonderful. The apartment is chic — simple yet sophisticated, clean, and well-organized. The bed is large and incredibly comfortable. The only thing to note is the noise — if you’re a light sleeper, it might not be ideal. But as someone used to city living, I didn’t mind it at all. Communication with the host was seamless. I arrived late, and Fernando was there to let me in. The building has 24/7 security, so I always felt safe. Don’t be put off by the building’s brutalist exterior — inside, it’s stylish and thoughtfully designed. It’s a great, convenient spot — close to the train station and just a short walk to Roma Norte’s vibrant cafés, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend for anyone who loves being in the heart of the city.

I’m torn between giving this a 3.5 but I think a four star review is appropriate. Overall, the location and price were fantastic. It’s close to a lot of the spots you would want to visit whenever you stay in Mexico City. The apartment was clean and spacious. The reason I deducted some points is because of a couple of things. We requested a crib to be put in our apartment but it was broken upon arrival. They did quickly fix it however, the “mattress“ that was inside of the crib was basically hardened cardboard. I wouldn’t want to sleep on that let alone my nine month old. We asked if there was anything else he could use but the best that they could offer me was an extra sheet. I also could never find anyone who actually worked there who could assist me. It was mainly just security guards who were trying their best. Lastly, while I understand that centralized air conditioning is not common in CDMX, the description says that there is some sort of AC provided. However, when we entered the apartment, there was just one unit located in one bedroom. This unit was barely enough to cool down the one bedroom let alone the entire two bedroom apartment. We put our baby in that bedroom so he could sleep better but it left the other bedroom unbearably hot even with fans. Luckily, we were not there during the day, but on the one time we did stop by around 4 PM, the thermostat read 85° inside of the apartment.

Pleasant stay. Great location, close to everything and easily accessible. Security staff was wonderful. Place was clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that the building is near a major intersection so there is some noise at night. We also did not have hot water on the last day.

Personal super nett. Wir hatten schon Comfort-Zimmer gebucht, aber das Bad war wirklich sehr sehr klein. Zudem kam aus der Duschbrause so gut wie kein Wasser (stark verkalkte Düsen). Bei langen Haaren fast unmöglich die Haare zu waschen bzw. erfordert es sehr viel Geduld und Zeit. Die Fenster des Zimmers schließen nur bedingt, daher ist es wirklich super laut, da das Hotel an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt.
