We loved this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, the staff was outstanding, and the location is quiet, charming, and in the midst of lovely Polanco. It was truly a perfect vacation in beautiful Mexico City!

LOVE the new mattress!

As always, very accommodating and helpful staff. Two big improvements: 1) The door is closed when the person from the front desk is absent -they seem to be more careful now. 2) AWESOME brand-new mattresses in rooms. HUGE improvement!

Little loud but comfortable

The room was spacious and comfortable. The minor problems were that there was no nightstand and I had to stand on the bed to draw the shades. Major problem was seepage of music all day and night until 10 pm.

Great place to stay

We like to stay at FlowSuites Polanco when visiting CDMX. As usual, we enjoyed our visit, the staff is really friendly and the room spacious. Our only comment is that this time the suites were booked and we took a regular room. It didn't have a view to the street, it was at the "back" of the hotel and no ventilation, it was extremely hot. The hotel doesn't have AC but it has never been a problem because the suites have proper ventilation through the windows, not in room 103. If you can't add AC please install proper fans in the room and living room.

The receptionist didn’t give me appropriate info about where and how to park my car. The hotel doesn’t have parking spot. The property is old. There are several bars around and you can hear the noise from the room.

Service is going way down

How is it possible you charge for a lost plastic key?. THis is th third time there is no body lotion in the bathroom and I have to ask for it. Space between bed and window is not enogh to pass thru, everytime I wanted to open the windo I had to ggo over the bed.

The location is great. The property and staff are good and nice. The only issue is that this hotel doesn’t have AC. In the afternoon it was very hot. While the fan provided made it survivable, it was not enough. It cooled off deep in the night/morning. Great for October to April perhaps. Otherwise, book at your own risk.
