We loved our stay here! Tucked away in a courtyard, the property felt safe and the room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring Roma and Condesa. The staff were very friendly and responded very quickly to any messages or questions I had.

Great location, very nice building and spacious room. Unfortunately they allow pets and a dog on our floor barked for almost 2 hours at six in the morning. I like dogs but its impossible to control things like that

Likes: Really liked the location-safe and quiet. There's security gate and guard. The vibe is wonderful. Walkable to many restaurants.The reception staff was polite and efficient. Dislikes:Housekeeping was subpar. Cleanliness was ok. Had to ask to restock toiletries several times ( bath mat taken twice and not replaced). They did respond quickly upon request, though

Angelica was super helpful checking us in , accommodated us for early check in due to availability, the area around the property is safe lots of cafes and restaurants. They offer cleaning services although we didn’t use them. 24 hour security in the front of the property. The studio room itself was perfect for my girlfriend and I , had a full size fridge, full kitchen and dryer/washer.
