The worst !

Disgusting! I could not have gotten in without help of another guest No bathroom tissue, lumpy bed, horrible shower NO hot water!! Smoke detector beeped all night I will never book with you again Thank God I found another place to stay

There are better options out there.

I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded for the two reservations I made with them. They said it would be refunded the same day, but they haven't refunded it or responded to me. By the way, I NEED MY DEPOSIT The room was very basic and did not have toilet paper. Access is difficult. The location was good for our needs, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. I think there are better options.

LLegas y tiene los letreros de CLAUSURADO. A quien le guste el ambiente estrafalario, le va a encantar, pero los servicios son más que sencillos, domésticos, la chapa de la puerta permite ver toda la cama por el hueco que queda, en frente de la habitación dos botes de basura con tapa grandes, toda la noche lloro un perro de otra habitación. es una casa vieja adaptada. Por el costo uno espera mucho más

El hotel parece estar en construcción y llegas y tiene un letrero de clausurado en la entrada. No da para nada confianza. Está lleno de polvo porque se nota que no usan los trastes y los productos de higiene son de muy baja calidad

Sobrevendieron habitaciones. Aunque nos dejaron la primera noche, ya no nos dejaron otras dos noches que reservé. Creo que el hotel debe estar pendiente del aviso de esta aplicación. O la aplicación "Hotels.com" debe mejorar comunicación y observación de los hoteles relacionados para evitar estos problemas de sus clientes.

El lugar es bonito y céntrico, en general un buen lugar para quedarse, las habitaciones son cómodas y chiquitas pero tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Lo malo es que se escucha todo lo que sucede en el lugar y nos tocó escuchar a los vecinos escandalosos hablando por telefono y discutiendo a las 6am y lo que no me gustó para nada es que no hicieran la limpieza del cuarto el segundo dia que nos quedamos, que porque no hacen limpieza fines de semana...
