We loved our stay at Casa Londres! Great location, very walkable to nearby restaurants and sightseeing. Quiet area, but just a short walk down it's a more lively neighborhood. Our room was nice, spacious, and clean. Staff was always friendly and welcomed and always greeted with a smile. Don't miss out on the tacos across the street by the 7/11!!

Terrible experience, not recommended at all. ZERO. They have NONE customer service oriented. Apparently, their only mission is to charge double or even triple charges for using a dirty room, with excessive heat and a lot of noise around. Their staff is trained not to provide any service to the guest. Regrettable.

The staff was wonderful! We were there for a week. Had a 7 eleven across the street for whatever we needed. You could hear the music from the bar across the street at night but didn't bother us at all. The washing machine was a life saver! Wish we would have spent more time on the terrace and jacuzzi. We would absolutely stay there again.

Good place if you are looking to party

The place was easy to find, it has a great location. I think overall it was a good option except it is located close to a nightlife area and I could hear the loud music from the clubs until 5 am.

Overall, my stay was decent. There were a few issues that would’ve made for a much better stay. 1.) A/C doesn’t work properly. It works, and it sure helps, but it doesn’t cool the room down as much as it should. 2.) The room wasn’t super clean when we checked in. I noticed there were a lot of dust, long human hairs, and crumbs all over the room floor. I noticed then the first night when wearing socks and noticed that they were dirty from just walking inside the room. 3.) The mattress is awful! Our mattress is lopsided; One side was normal and the second side was sagging in. Mattress offered no support and was firm (or maybe past-due its lifespan). Pillows were not comfortable at all. 4.) Jacuzzi temperature was Luke-warm. I would have preferred hotter water. Property staff and security were super polite and helpful. We enjoyed the location. Despite being in the center of everything, the room was quiet at night.

The staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Karla and Amado are truly wonderful. Every request I had, they took with a smile and made sure to fulfill. The room was really nice, clean and with all the amenities i need it. Location was great and super accessible. The only issue i had was with some.basic stuff like garbage bags, which i had to ask for every night, or the extra towels or blankets and sheets i needed for the sofa bed. The bathroom would benefit from extra hooks. Other than that, i would definitely come back.

Me encantó los productos que te dejan para uso personal naturales el shampoo jabón se sentían Naturales y de muy buena calidad la decoración. Solo tengo la recomendación que debería de haber alguien específico para servicio a clientes ya que el guardia o recepcionista debe dejar su lugar para atender las necesidades de lo huéspedes. Yo habría llegado y tardaron 10 minutos en habrirnos pero después cuando necesite ayuda del recepcionista me ayudó mucho pero si no te que es por ello que qua hay veces que deben dejar su puesto en general excelente servicio, decoración y maravillasa propuesta en la decoración y distribución de los departamentos.

El cuarto que nos toco estaba en la planta baja junto una terraza que si la abrias olía raro y había como agua estancada, en la regadera había pelos, la televisión del cuarto no contaba con sistema para ver las plataformas en streaming ni televisión abierta, la funda de plástico para proteger el colchón hacía que hicera mucho calor en la noche. El personal de servicio amable, la zona ok.

Buenas instalaciones, gran personal, check in fácil, habitaciones amplias, limpias y equipadas. La zona rosa es una área con mucho tránsito de personas y por eso es sucia. El lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento.
