Great stay, great location, would recommend.

Loved the room, location was great and it had everything that we could really want for a stay. Only two minor things, it wasn’t very clear how to obtain fresh towels during the stay (we made do as were only there for 4 days) and hot water takes quite a while to come through so I often just took cold showers cause I hate wasting so much water.

The stay was great. The hotel was charming and had everything needed for a comfortable nights rest. Perfectly located to get out and walk around to see all the neighborhood had to offer. I would recommend it for anyone looking to explore this part of Mexico City

Casa Kukun is definitely be a place I would stay at in Mexico City again. The property is clean, safe and super walkable to many restaurants, food vendors, gym, buses and more. Security is very welcoming and kind. The apartment was spacious but did get warm during the day. Bed was great and comfortable. Shower could use more pressure and stay hot for longer but overall a great stay! Would highly recommend.

We had an almost two week-long stay here recently, and found the area to be great in terms of shopping, dining, and leisure options. The area was safe, staff were always friendly and accommodating. The only major downside is that the room we stayed in got SO HOT, especially at night. Despite there being two fans, something about the setup made it so hot... add to that, the fans need regular cleaning or they just end up blowing around soot. The bed and shower were comfortable, and the free washers and dryers were appreciated. The added kitchen area was cute.

Loved the location and the rooftop. Rooms are hot and there a little fan that doesn’t help much, bed is comfortable and staff is nice. Especially Antonio, he is the front desk gentleman and he is helpful and kind.

I had a great time staying at Kukun. My unit was clean, newly renovated and modern. I had a small kitchenette where I brewed Kukun house coffee each morning. The bed was comfy and my shower was also great. I had no issues with hot water and the water pressure was very good. The rooftop has awesome 360 views of the city. I preferred it to the aibnbs and hotel where my friends stayed on the trip. I’d definitely stay there again.

I loved my stay at Kukun, staff were friendly and helpful. I felt comfort that they had 24 hour security to let you in/out. Their communication was prompt and the rooms were well represented. My partner had gotten sick and they accomodates us to stay another day with a fast reply and kindess. Really great place.

The property was well maintained and the pictures are a fair representation of what you will get. Generally, we had a lovely stay and would consider staying here again. The location has restaurants nearby, a small mall, easy access to transportation and my favorite… easy access to the gorgeous Parque Mexico. The staff was very nice. The only cons were 1) it was loud at times as it faces a really busy street 2) most of the washing rooms dont work and they dont communicate it upfront, so you find out by having to walk all floors or ending up with a dryer that doesnt dry 3) you communicate with both the central kukun team and the property itself but there is major miscommunication between them and they will blame you when it becomes a problem instead of just accepting it which is super uncomfortable I was in a studio and it was scorching hot when we got there but it got better through the days with both AC and multiple fans available which I never turned off. The AC used does not seem powerful enough for the room size

Nice place to stay, nothing fancy but nice. Be aware there is no AC in the property so temperatures can be very high in the rooms specially in the upper floors, which are the best. Otherwise fine.

I've stayed here for a few months now and will gladly stay for a few more! The rooms are comfy, on-site team is super warm, the location is unbeatable, and communication is great. Beds are terrific and the building is steps from both Roma and Condessa. Perfect for both short and long stays. My one gripe was not having a closet in the classic suite, but the smaller rooms have them and it makes a huge difference with organization. I love staying here and suggest you do as well! Coming here was a great choice! Highly recommended!

Everything you need and a great location!

Loves this property. The rooms are beautifully done and have everything you need for your stay in Mexico City. Loved the drinking water tap! The rooftop is amazing, great place to read with a coffee, and the views of the city from there are amazing! The location is also very convenient to get around both walking and with the metro bus. The hotel is right on insurgentes so the hotel provides you with earplugs just in case, but I didn’t even need them (I don’t mind the noise of traffic personally, which isn’t super loud beyond the window — we were on the 3rd floor so maybe that helped?). Will stay here again on my next trip to CDMX in June!

The employees working there are AMAZING - I loved that we had a laundry room with soap etc on every other floor. Never got to see the roof but that’s because I was always busy elsewhere. Would stay here again It’s not exactly in Roma unless you wanna walk 15-20 mins each way. That’s why 1 star
