"We really enjoyed our stay. Alexa made your stay so much better. She showed amazing customer service experience. She was very helpful and a pleasure to be around. I do recommend that your other staff by the name of Jorita ( not sure if I spelled it right) need to take pointers. She isn’t a welcoming person and very rude. She was on the phone while trying to complete transactions. She didn’t speak to the customers at all. "
