"Great location, easy walk to old town and across the road from the lake (not actually on lake as could be imagined from photos but as good as!). Unfortunately due to weather we could not avail of outside area to sit & enjoy the views. Staff very friendly. Room was good, nice to have a window that opens for fresh air. Only downside - bathroom door did not shut correctly and thus nois (!) carried!"

"The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. I experienced a medical emergency and the information they shared was important. The caring and concern was so appreciated. We loved our room with a balcony. The location was close to everything "

"Room was well proportioned and clean. Big bathroom with nice toiletries. Dressing gowns and slippers included. Plenty of tea and coffee. I did book a room with three single beds. This wasn’t available. So ended up with a double bed and a double sofa bed which took up most of the room space and I had to share a bed with my daughter. Not what we planned. Well placed for Cornavin and Pâquis-Môle. Tram stop literally outside and Lidl right downstairs if required "

"Breakfast is excellent with many choices. Most importantly, the staff members are very friendly and professional. I will definitely go back to this hotel in my next visit. The location is really convenient and just opposite to the train station which can go to the airport easily and free. "
