"Perfect spot for budget travelers in Moab. The rooms were surprisingly well appointed — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days hiking in Arches. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is great for walking to restaurants and shops.
You expect “budget motel” and instead get a really solid, comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but everything done right. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Our room was clean and well sized. The air conditioning worked well and we had no issues with heat. But, our room faced the street and it is very noisy and loud due to the truck traffic. If you are a light sleeper request a room facing the mountain.
