"I have made two reservations and requested the front desk to make sure to stay in the same room for entire stay, the person in the front desk helped to upgrade my room and told that I can stay in the same room for entire stay however on the last day of the first booking they asked me to vacate the room and kept language in bell man service and gave the new room. This was bad experience in our anniversary day. All our plans was disrupted and we were disappointed."

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Our room was impeccably clean and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also really appreciated the transfer shuttle from the parking lot—it was fast, convenient, and readily available whenever we needed it, making parking completely stress-free. The IHOP hotel was conveniently in the hotel with a great view of the falls! Overall, the service, cleanliness, and convenience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Tower Hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!"
