"Rooms are small but clean and functional and have every thing you need .The shower was excellent ( probably the best we have used in any hotel ever) In the end we were too tired to use the bar…but we like the look of it. Breakfast was good as usual. We are young at heart seniors and we like the vibe of Tribe and the cheerful helpful staff. "

"You pretty much get what you pay for. £4.50 to park overnight isn’t right in my opinion. Service and staff excellent Food average Rooms are clean very basic and drab really needs a make over.carpets worn bedding cheap quality. Breakfast was poor with poor quality ingredients. Seems like I’m slating this hotel I’m not I’m being honest..I’m not complaining as £80 with breakfast you can’t really complain.To lay your head it’s good because the cleanliness and staff are excellent "

"This is the third time staying here… mainly only stay here because of its location. And if you can get it for a good price, On this visit, there was a kettle but no cups or tea coffee making facilities. Beds are hit and miss if you get a comfortable one. The ground floor room near reception are noisy, with people coming and going all night, generally tired place that needs investment. Check in/out quick and straight forward. Staff friendly enough. Good facilities near by."

"Stayed for 1 night, and will book again. This place for the money is fantastic. Staff pleasant,helpful,informative,nothing is too much to do for you. Room...very good basic,comfortable bed,choice of pillows,and very clean. Breakfast... Plenty of choice and as much to eat as you want.The quality of the products,bacon,sausage etc..all very hot food.I definately recommend a stay here."

"4 pillows, 2 with protectors on but stained and warn, the other two with no protector at all. They have to address this, as it’s a serious hygiene issue. None of the staff knew what their policy was. The renovated rooms have been done well considering the room price, however hallways are very dated and not maintained. "

"Great pub, lovely staff, lovely food, amazing clean and comfy room with 4 poster bed. Only slight criticism is food portion size, the full English equivalent was one slice of bacon, one small sausage, one hash brown etc…and dinner was much the same - which was a shame as it tasted so lovely. "

"Very nice accommodation, clean and well appointed. Great shower, comfy bed and nice quality bedding. Breakfast was very good - tasty bacon and egg roll, yoghurts, cereals, fresh fruit. Highly recommended. "
