"No Channels on the TV there was only local news channels and few cable channels, other than nothing. We specifically wanted to watch the Thunder game on FS1, a channel they offered but wasn't working at the moment. Staff said it was due to wind conditions. OK, well the windy conditions were a day or two prior, it should have been fixed in my opinion. Other than that, the place was great. Good location. "

"Got to the hotel at 11pm and was told our room smelled of marijuana. The room was for 2 queen beds and I was told the only room we could be moved to was a single queen. This obviously was not going to work with 2 kids and 2 adults. The simple solution would have been for the staff to call earlier in the day to make us aware of the situation. If they would have done this I could have found appropriate accommodations for my family. Instead I had to finish my drive home throughout the night. This by far was the worst customer service i have ever experienced with a hotel. "
