It would also be nice if they would put up signage on the ceiling (like exit signs) that showed where the elevators are located as my husband got lost. "

The ac worked great my husband and son loved it, I on the other hand froze all night because of the thin blanket. But the lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was not her fault they were out of extra pillows and blankets."
