"Check-in was courteous and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. They even had fresh baked cookies waiting for us at the front desk when we returned from dinner. Thanks for welcoming us back to Brockport after being away for over 50 years. My wife and I went to school in Western NY State (Brockport and Buffalo). We fell in love and were engaged in Brockport in 1977. Our date night was spent in Wegman’s, sampling food (when Wegman’s had sampling). Thanks Hampton for a fun and memorable time in Brockport. "

"The whole hotel was very clean. Nice thick towels. Staff was nice. Check in and out was easy. Pool was amazing. Clean and warm. It does have divots out of the concrete on the bottom that need some maintenance. My room was nice and clean. The lighting in the room is rather low, could stand to be a little brighter. It’s very quiet. There’s not much in the area. It’s on a medical campus so I’m not sure what kind of clientele they typically have. Didn’t seem like it was for pleasure so much as business or to stay near the hospital. I was here for pleasure to see a show in the area. Nothing walkable. Since there aren’t many restaurants nearby I would’ve liked more casual options to eat in my room. I liked the hotel but not so much the location. "
