"The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out. "

"For the cost of the room, one would expect the owner of the hotel to be more strict on maintaining this hotel, it is historic, the art is lovely, the staff are extremely kind and prompt to assist, but our room experienced a sprinkler that began pouring water from it and an air conditioner that was not fully functional, everything was covered in dust, the mattress was however extremely comfortable, the pillows and sheets were divine, the location of the hotel is great for why we were staying there, but personally, I will not be paying for a night to stay there again. Again, staff was AMAZING, especially responding to the leak, this is the hotel owners fault, not theirs."

"Clean, updated room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. My only wish was a bolder coffee, but that's minor. My wife and I visit Cincinatti regularly and have now discovered a gem. I highly recommend this hotel."
