I caught the flu in CMH and by the time I drove home thru CVG it was full force.
The staff was very nice, from a distance, while I recuperated.

We were close to the highway and had convenient travel downtown for Oktoberfest. The hotel felt fresh and clean, the shower was good with good water pressure and temperature, as well as dish washer, sink, refrigerator, and spacious work area. The breakfast offered hot options (waffles, biscuit sandwiches), yogurt, cereal and bagels/toast. Parking was easy and check-in/check-out were quick and convenient. Highly recommend, if we are in the area again we will be back.

I arrived the clerk asked if I paid for the room. I had my confirmation # for payment, then asked if I could move rooms, stating it cost $60.00 more. We were booked in a Queen-size handicap room and I asked if we could just have a regular Queen-size room.
The employees were sitting in the lobby and acted offended that we needed service.

We booked for Home2suites and was told they overbooked which was not true. The Home2suites construction was not complete which I feel is misleading when you book and then you just transfer people to a dirty room at the Hampton Inn. The vent in the AC was gross as well as the floors were so dirty my socks were black. If I wanted a room at the Hampton Inn I would have booked there.
