"One of the managers by name Lilian was extremely unhelpful when I needed a place to keep my luggage. I was extremely disappointed and have Dec never to stay at the hotel again. I think she needs to be retrained. "

"The staff at the counter was very kind and make us feel welcome at the check in. The room was nice and very clean but, the A/C from our room wasn’t working. After we informed to the staff, they immediately switched us to another room. The breakfast was okay but could be better. My suggestion is to have at least 2 bottles of water in the room for the coffee maker."

"Our room could have used some maintenance but it was clean and comfortable. The toilet seat was on the verge of falling off (literally) and the remote control didn't work. Some of the walls had repair marks but weren't sanded down or repainted. All in all, it was a fine stay."

"Hotel is run down and smoke smell permeates everything. Carpets stained and items in room broken. Cleaning lady was lovely and tried to help us find a room that didn't smell so badly. It seemed that people were living there. Tried to walk to Wawa across the street but the Jersey barriers made it 20 minute walk. "
