"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do.
Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

"Good location to stay when visiting Seattle and you don’t want to stay in town. Lots of places to eat and things to do. Staff at hotel was lovely, and the fresh breakfast buffet was great! "
"Yes, the airport shuttle was great. Driver was "10!" Nerves of steel in the heavy traffic. He was friendly, comical, and kind. Very patient with the elderly! (Me!) My room was 117 on main floor. Clean, quiet and comfy bed. Good tv and strong internet. Irene and Robert on front desk, very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was better than some hotels. There was something for everyone. It was tidy and spacious. Front desk arranged third party shuttle to cruise ship for me so no need to return to airport for a shuttle. Less costly than shuttle from airport to cruie ship. I had a good supper in the casino.attached to the hotel. It was a Sunday and they had an all day happy hour menu which was excellent as was the service. I'd stay here again. Location is good and neighbourhood wasn't "sketchy" or neglected. "
"The staff was super nice and I was very surprised for the price and how nice the room was, it is an older hotel but it was a very clean hotel. My only complaint I have is that it’s also a place where people live longer than a one night stay and right next to the door was a little seating area, where they all sat and smoked. That was rough to walk past, but that was my only complaint. "
