"The hotel is cute but they showed a pool on the website and the room was nothing like the picture, only had one bed. The staff were very nice. The location was good. Overall ok. Not wonderful. "

"Be extremely careful with this hotel! My experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers, especially foreign guests. During check-in, the staff asked me to sign a document, claiming it was only required for VAT exemption purposes for international tourists. Everything seemed normal, so I trusted their explanation. However, days later, I discovered a charge on my credit card for supposed “tour packages” that I never requested, never authorized, and that never even took place. At no point was I informed that the document could be used to apply additional charges. I feel completely misled, and I consider this practice highly deceptive and unethical. Carefully review every document before signing anything and closely monitor your credit card statements after staying here. I am sharing this to prevent other guests from going through the same situation."

"My husband and I traveled to Cali and stayed at Cali River Suites for 10 days. Our stay was exceptional. The property was VERY CLEAN, and in a great location. It's in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Enrique is an absolute sweetheart. He was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We definitely felt safe here and would book again."

"The breakfast menu was limited. However, the available options met our needs. Our Superior Suite was very roomy and comfortable. The king-size bed was huge and very comfortable. Aside from the faint smell of cigarette smoke, we enjoyed our 4-night stay. The staff was attentive and friendly. The pool is situated in the common area and is not conducive to privacy. "
