"Clean spacious room. Check in was very easy, luggage storage available is you arrive early or have a late departure. Restaurant and snack bar had good variety. We had a great stay here!"

"My stay at this hotel was overall positive. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar was a nice convenience and added to the overall value. Breakfast was very good (9/10) with a solid variety of options and good quality food. The main drawback was the in-room TV system. It was quite restrictive — there were no streaming or casting options, and no built-in apps such as YouTube or Netflix. For a hotel of this level, a more modern entertainment setup would be expected. Aside from that, everything else met expectations, and the experience was pleasant overall. Huge shoutout to the receptionist who checked us in (unfortunately I forgot her name but maybe Amalia?). She was super friendly and answered a lot of our questions regarding transportation and our stay there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to stay in Naples."

"Room spacious if sparsely furnished, but everything you might need. Beds comfortable. Bathroom spotless, water hot. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby for just 1 Euro. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from railway station and airport bus stop. Choice of excellent restaurants just a short walk across the Piazza Gariboldi. Would definitely stay here again. Can't fault it, we even had a roof top terrace overlooking the Piazza!"

"My daughter and I booked this hotel when the train and plane strikes affected our travel plans. We absolutely loved this place! Loved the little pool, the view of the sunsets. The seating in the courtyard and the beautiful room were lovely. We showed up early to drop off our bags and were invited to have coffee while they expedited the room clean. All the staff were amazing, but a special hour out to Lydia who made us feel so welcome and special. They set up a manicure for my daughter and a massage for me. Our stay was perfect. "

"I had a great time staying here! Hotel staff was super kind and friendly, especially at the front desk and restaurant. I was in one of the rooms not in the main building and saw some low reviews for those rooms on here, but I thought the room was lovely. I had a bit of a hard time entering the property, but maybe that was user error. Anyways, I knew I would be safe! Thank you!"
