Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The archaeological sits was just across the road from the hotel so accessing it was easy. Staff were very knowledgeable and proved many useful tips and information. Also responded quickly to any issues we raised.

My 2 friends and I stayed here for an extra day due to our flights being changed by our airline. The hotel was very accommodating and ensured we had a room. The breakfast was okay, the cucumbers and tomatoes were left out too long and the water was not cold. We enjoyed the oranges and apples and pastries for the days that we had to leave the hotel early. We liked the terrace, it was beautiful. Our room was nice as well however there was always a distinct smell when we came back to the room and it was humid. The balcony we had in our room was massive. The area is really nice however it was extremely hard to get an uber or taxi. The hotel helped us one night with one and it was 60 Euros for a 15 minute drive.

The room was small but everything you need in a hotel room. The staff from the gentlemen to the ladies were vert friendly and professional. The hotel is centrally located to visit Naples and the amalfi coast area. I give the hotel a 10 out 10. Breakfast is delicious and plenty to eat.

We spent 3 nights at the Hotel Herculaneum and found it a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for places to eat and for transport links. The room was clean and contained everything that we required, including a small balcony. Breakfast gave us plenty of choice and was very convenient.
