"If I could have given 10 stars that is how I would rate my husband and I stay. The best service I think I have ever experienced- very attentive and I felt very pampered. "Great location. Clean room with storage space that is efficiently used. Note that the elevator is small like many others in Portugal. We were on the first floor and frequently just climbed the one flight of stairs rather than wait for the elevator."

"The room, bathroom and the hotel as a whole are extremely clean. Location is excellent as it's one of the main streets of the city. The pastel de nata which they offer is a huge bonus- this is a must try if it's your first time visiting Portugal.
During my stay in Lisbon, I was sadly pickpocketed, leaving me without a phone. The staff at LX Arch Hotel were amazing, as they went above and beyond in providing me with computer facilities, access to a phone to make calls, as well as directing me to the best police station to file a report of the theft.
I wouldn't wish what happened to me upon anyone but just know that anybody who does stay at this hotel is in great hands. They will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even when things go wrong. "
