"Took 45 minutes to checkin due to computer issues. First room offered smelled like smoke and was refused. Crib had been requested and confirmed a couple days earlier but was not setup in room. I had to insist that staff find one and set it up in the second room. Staff needed to be asked to do everything and acted like they were doing me a favor. For 250/night! "

"I have been to over 100 different motels/hotels in my life and this hotel made me want to cry all night waiting for daylight to come so I can leave. First, there is no parking at all. When you pull in the sign says move forward for valet. So I did for about 10 minutes and no one showed. When I went to the front desk they said, we don’t have valet services, and that I should find parking on the street. The only spot available, I had to move my car at 7am because the hotel. Secondly, the 4th floor is blistering hot as soon as you walk off the elevator. Therefore the room was always hot. There was an ac in the room but it was two feet away from the bed. Situation right where the header of the bed was. So unless you enjoy cold ac air right on you when you are in bed, you feel like you are in a torture chamber. When I woke after the first night my whole back and neck were stiff and in terrible pain. Lastly, the was zero water pressure on the shower. It felt like water was dripping from a drinking fountain. When I asked the front seat about the Parking issue they said, “well we have limited parking .” I asked , based on the total number of rooms how many parking spots do they have? Would 2-5% be accurate and they said yes, about 5%. They do not specify this on the web site, and I drove in from a neighboring state. This was terrible from start to finish. I wish I could d give them no stars. There false advertising should be noted so that people know what to expect."

"We were kept up most of the night by people playing music and having loud sex next door. I am not sure if they were loud or the fact we had a room with an adjoining door. After an hour plus we called the front desk to complain. The guy told us if they were having sex they should be done soon. I told him it was going on for more than an hour. He told me I could call the police. Two hours later, still playing music and having loud sex. The front desk attendant knocked on their door to ask them to keep it down. They basically told him to go away and then he told them we were threatening to call the police, Great for him to put us in that position. Went down in the morning and the young lady was nice but basically the message was you get what you pay for. We even offered to move to another room, but they were full. They seem to get a lot of local clienteles on the weekends. I would not suggest going there with your family/kids. If you do, take your light noise machine or get the app on your phone. Aside from above, cleanliness is sub par and many odors."

"When I originally booking this stay I was not aware that there would be construction going on the ENTIRE week I was there. Their was dust everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. As I was sitting on the lobby I would see the dust on ALL the tables while trying to relax and have my drink. Very uncomfortable. I went back on the website while now staying there and did notice there was a NOTICE STATING THEIR WAS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON. But the notice was NOT their when I originally booked. Very disappointing. I wish I would have known I would have stayed elsewhere. You don't want to be on vacation and have to deal with construction going on. Aside from that it was OK. You'll find some staff members a bit rude. "
