"Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Beautiful, walkable area. I would stay again! Only downside is Parking is slightly inconvenient as its not on the property but about 1-2 blocks away. If its busy its tricky to park for check in. "
"Extremely friendly staff, comfortable and modern rooms with motorized shades allowing for total black out and the best night of sleep. Really enjoyed my stay here .."

Medieval arcades line the elegant Kurpromenade where locals and visitors gather for aperitivo beneath the Alps. Thermal baths at Terme Merano offer rejuvenating soaks, while the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase Alpine and Mediterranean plants in terraced splendor.
"The room was very spacious. Had a refrigerator and a table so that we could buy a few groceries such as cold cuts, bread, wine and cheese to enjoy if we didn’t want to dine out. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. We would stay there again. "
"Very clean and new hotel. Beds were nice and firm. Staff was helpful and speaks English. The breakfast being included was helpful; lots of variety. Parking is a bit of tough and I highly recommend not going with a car. The bus is just 5 mins away and the room came with bus passes plus the cable car. There is a very nice bakery across the hotel; but most bakeries are closed on sundays so plan accordingly. "
"Very conveniently located hotel if you are planning to explore the Dolomites! The owner is friendly and very helpful, the food at the restaurant was excellent!!"

"Vincenzo and the other front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff, were excellent! We had a wonderful time in Bolzano and the Stadt hotel Citta made it a memorable stay. We enjoyed having cocktails every evening on the square. We would highly recommend this hotel!"
