"A most excellent hotel which faces the sea front at Weston-Super-Mare and is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre. Staff are very friendly, most helpful and professional. Breakfast is hot and superb with a wide variety. Dinner is excellent with different choices each evening. Often good English food, such as Hake, Turkey and roast vegetables etc. The starter choices are good and the startersoups are very tasty indeed. The puddings are splendid. Check in took quite a long time - at one point, there were seven people in cue to check in with the one receptionist - BUT my guess is that this was an exception. "We've had a lovely stay at Novotel Cardiff. The staff in reception and at the restaurant were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast was very good. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great. The room for 4 is not very big but had enough space and was comfortable. The hotel is not in the prettiest area, however is conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minute taxi ride from the bay. Also walking distance from the train station. Definitely recommend. "

Wonderful family friendly hotel.
"Wonderful stay, room extremely spacious , however it was a little warm. Breakfast and evening meal was lovely , however the restaurant can get a little hot in warmer weather. Perhaps fans or more open windows may help. Wonderful surroundings and stunning views. Family friendly hotel, will happily stay again."
