"The porch or balcony is very dusty and dirty including the table and chairs. The bath tub is very high and very dangerous once you get out of the bathtub. Standing water around the bathtub, no drainage. There’s only one electrical outlet which was utilized by the small refrigerator and tv. There’s no electrical outlet to charge your cell phone or electronic gadgets inside the room. No electrical outlet in the bathroom neither. One bed has no headboard. "I took my 89 year old Mom who's in a wheelchair along with her two caregivers. They stayed in room 6 and I stayed in room 5. The staff was super helpful in lifting her in her wheelchair so she was able to enter and leave the dining room as there were stairs. The rooms were very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. It was nice that our rate included breakfast. All in all, an excellent stay!"

"Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and ready for us. The restaurants has pretty good food and variety choices except the Mexican style restaurant in the beach. Their sizzling plates were dry and doesn't taste good. Needs improvement on the part. Transportation to the property is the easiest if you don't have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. There are no other stores to buy stuff that you may have forgot but the Kultura inside the hotel. The whole place is really nice for a great family vacation. We were there Tuesday to Thursday. So, it might be different on the weekends where there are a lot of people. I heard there's a line in almost all the activities on the weekends."
