"Stopped here for one night to sleep on our way to Tennessee. Fire alarm went off twice (it was a false alarm, thankfully) not their fault but alarm obviously needs to be fixed. Sleep was not restful at all and it was disappointing after needing to do another long drive"

"Room in general was very clean, as is whole hotel. ONLY issues- air conditioner filter very dirty. I always check due to respiratory issues. It's a washable micromesh filter, just needs rinsed off every month. This one had literal clumps of lint and dust on it. Not good for customers, and poor maintenance also affects how well the unit runs. Makes it inefficient. The other issue is a long-standing one with key cards not always working. It's not uncommon to have to get card replaced or need help getting in the room. The last time I stayed there the family across the hall and I were both standing out in the hall unable to get into our rooms. In general the hotel is nice and comfortable, very clean, staff is great. Nice breakfast with good options including bagels, toast, waffles, cereal and oatmeal, egg patties, sausage patties, yogurt, and juices. I might be missing some things, too. Air filter and key cards are the only issues: fix that and they're golden."

"Beautiful hotel"

"I killed a giant ant on the wall. The garbage can in the bathroom was so dirty and a plastic bag was put in it anyway. For a non smoking hotel, the hallway smelled of cigarettes smoke covered by a bubble gum smelling spray of some sort. I had not experience anything like that in my past times at that hotel. We use it 2 or 3 times a year. I would look for another accomodation next time."

"It is always a pleasure to stay here. The staff is so helpful. The breakfast is good and it’s nice to find a full breakfast. The cookies and popcorn are a nice touch at the end of the day. It’s centrally located to everything. It’s very quiet which is delightful."

"I appreciated the room layout and bathroom amenities, especially the shower mat and grab bar. The roof top restaurant and bar are also a nice perk. I was there on business and was glad that there was a conference room to hold a meeting. Desk staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property had only been open 2 weeks when we visited, so everything was spotless. You can literally walk to walmart, the parking lots meet, and there are various eateries within 1/2 a mile. The only negative thing was the water pressure in the shower, probably debris from the new pipes? It was so slow!"

"Hotel was perfect. Great location and very friendly staff. We checked in and asked for a view of the mountains and our view from the room was perfect. The property was so clean and the lobby area large and welcoming. The backyard area was charming with tables and lighting. Overall an A+ experience for a stayover going home. Also the hotel has endless dining opportunities, some within walking distance. Many national chains to chose from."
