Hotels near Memorial Park

"First, when we arrive to the property, we could not get in contact with the owner and was locked outside for about 30 minutes. When we finally got in contact with the property and they let us in, we found out that it’s just one room and not an actual hotel. They didn’t mop the floors or wipe the countersand there are no towels. The blanket was a small airplane blanket that could barely be shared. One of the tenants was locked out of his room until 3 o’clock in the morning. The worst part about this stay was that the front door locked you in and locked people out. We were stuck in the house and was about to call 911 to let us out. This should not be an active listing. God forbid there was a fire. Very unsatisfied. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay in this hotel."

"We chose this hotel because it includes a free breakfast. No big complaints about the breakfast - they didn’t have green tea and my husband didn’t like the fact that they didn’t use real eggs. The rooms were clean. We had two rooms - one had a tub and the other just had a shower. They were able to give us rooms on the same floor. I would have preferred rooms next to each other but it wasn’t bad. Main complaint about the rooms was that there weren’t enough hooks. Only one place to hang towels and no places to hang wash cloths. How do they expect us to reuse towels when there aren’t enough spaces to hang them. Also only one hook in the room. Three or four would have been nice. No couch in the room. When we called for clean towels and toilet paper (3 times total) the staff came very quickly. Overall would stay again. The no hooks thing is very common with hotels. I need to just start bringing my own. But seriously don’t ask us to reuse towels and then not give us places to hang them."

"Room seemed upgraded, bathroom had safety bars, room was cleaned well. Soundproof windows made the room absolutely quiet even while facing the freeway. The supermarket next door makes it easy to get a food on the go or to bring to the room, if desired; the refrigarator is for real cold rather for show. The hotel is perfect for a short stay - it is affordable, conveniently located, no thrill accomodations for a short business trip or family visit"

"It was better than expected. Nice if low-bugged just looking to sleep. Great morning staff, night staff not to much. Definitely could change tub curtains NASTY, with blood and stuff on them…. Cleaning 0/10 otherwise 6/10 "
