"I booked a room through Hotels.com and I get the the hotel and they tell me I can't stay there because the way I booked the room they don't have my card number or some other kind of garbage, I was tired, I booked it just to have a place to sleep after fishing all day, ended up spending a ton of time with customer service to only end up at a different hotel. Big waste of my time, the guy at the desk seemed to know this was an issue before I even arrived, would have been great to know this before I tried to check in so I could have resolved this a lot earlier in the day. "

"Horrible11th birthday party for my daughter. Pool, rooms, resort, and water park dirty. We had to ask for washcloths and towels which none were avaliable in the room opon arrival. No restaurants or snack bars were open at the water park which made it so where we had no access to food or drink while there unless we left the waterpark. Way understaffed. We booked not knowing expedia does not offer water park passes with the rooms until we got there so we had to pay a extra 70 per person for water passes. 70 x 6=420 is alot so we paid almost twice as much from not booking straight with the resort. The only good this was the staff of 2 at the waterpark. We will not be using expedia any time in the future. I feel some type of refund is necessary. "

"Front desk is slow not very profession compared to most marriotts . Check in was slow, same at Starbucks. After check out I also had to contact front desk about I left in room. When calling I was hung up on then the person was supposed to check with housekeeping and return my call. The didn’t, when I called back housekeeping was gone for the day so asked for me to call back in the morning. None of this is what I call customer service. "
