"The responsiveness was one thing I would definitely say was good. There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. The AC also makes a very high pitched noise after about 15 minutes making it impossible to sleep with it on...

"Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day. Would be nice if someone actually greeted you to help at the property on arrival. Other than that I had the best time here. "

"What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Everything about this was just lovely. Amazing location, for starters. Everything you could want is within a four or five minute walk. A very lively atmosphere. The apartment itself was just lovely. Bright, with big windows and an utterly enormous terrace where we spent a lot of time relaxing. And the apartment was QUIET. "Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is very modern, the best in Italy so far. Very close to the train station. Only downfall was the wifi whic didn’t work most times and breakfast was very basic but ok. Can not comment muvh on staff as only saw them at check-in and checkout due to being in a different building. "
