"Nice clean hotel. My double room was clean and comfortable and was equipped with tea & coffee making equipment along with a decent TV and en-suite shower. The restaurant / bar areas looked nice and the bar well stocked and had three ales on hand pumps. There was an also pleasant outside seating area and the car park was secured overnight. The manager Nathan (Nat) was very welcoming and all the staff seemed friendly enough. All in all I had a pleasant overnight stay with complimentary continental breakfast in the morning."

"I had a great stay at the Radisson Blu East Midlands Airport. The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived, making the whole experience seamless and welcoming. "Ground floor room, window wouldnt close. No-one at the hotel able to help or fix it, was told it would be passed onto management to speak about the following morning but this didn't happen. Was very much large enough for someone to get through and there was no solution. Room was not clean enough at all either. Dust everywhere, actually looked like room hadnt been occupied for some time. TV/mirror smears to the point of being hard to use."

"A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome. Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) Although the house was on the same estate and also had 3 double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms was pretty small, and the original property had the master bedroom on its own top floor , which would have been preferable for us due to our particular family arrangements. Unfortunately the boiler was faulty so there was no hot water for showers in the morning. Although the agent responded promptly to my message and came round to try to address it and offered to extend our stay so it could be fixed and we have hot showers, we were time bound to catch trains so unfortunately it wasn’t a viable option for us."
