"The room was good and the service was excellent overall. However, I had one issue. When I extended my stay online, it seemed like the request wasn’t received or was ignored. I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

"Very good access to the city centre. Multitudes of eateries very close by. Reception staff very helpful & polite. Both the gym & swimming pool are of good size & quality. During our stay they were also only lightly used meaning we had both to ourselves most of the time "

"Courteous Reception staff on arrival. Suite was spacious. Very comfortable bed with pillow choices & extra doona if required. Bathroom was extremely clean. Breakfast was included in package, which was great. Would definitely stay again. "
