Hotels with free airport shuttle in Mekong Delta, Vietnam

"We did not get early Chekc in and even after telling in advance about adults and kids they charged us for extra bed They did not even give us extra water bottle "

"I stayed in 5 different hotels during my trip to Vietnam, and this was the most disappointing. The front desk staff were not friendly nor accommodating/hospitable. The hotel is newer, but poorly built, as is the modern way, I guess. I could hear my neighbors, the cleaning staff in other rooms, and screaming kids from the pool. Everything (schedules, menus, room service) is online via a QR code, but half the time the internet didnt work. Lastly, this was the most expensive hotel I stayed at and the value/service for the money just wasn't there. I would not recommend staying here. "
