"A lovely family run hotel perfectly suited to the reason we visit Fatima. The rooms were clean and warm. My view of the Sanctuary was an added bonus. They showed care and assistance to all their guests, pre-empting with maps, daily schedules, candles etc. Thank you."

"Front desk is non-existent. Only saw the front desk lady on Saturday (considering we stayed in the hotel for 5 days). It's hard to communicate (no one answers the phone nor call back) if you need something or have a problem with your stay. Towels are old and needs to be retired (lot of holes). There's a small (8.5" x 11") sign in the front desk counter directing customer to call 2 other hotels if you need assistance. Elevator (lift) ride is scary. Other than these challenges, the hotel is okay."
