"Lovely rooms and amenities. Staff was always very friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed that my male colleague were upgraded to the chalet when I was not (we all booked together). My room was right next to the elevator which was extremely noisy at all hours. Also, the amount of small children was surprising due to the nature of this property- the constant crying and screaming did not allow for a relaxing stay. "

Champagne and snacks were waiting in the room, a thoughtful welcome after travel. Housekeeping was remarkable—every time we stepped out and returned, the room had somehow been perfectly refreshed. Evening turndown included rotating treats like chocolate chip cookies and macarons, a small but delightful touch. The concierge service was truly outstanding. The team stayed in touch via text throughout our stay, helping with anything we needed at any time of day. They seamlessly coordinated skiing for us—including equipment and a wonderful private instructor who made my first time skiing feel safe and fun. Afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the mountains, delicious breakfasts, and a private shuttle anywhere in town."
