"What an experience from booking and communicating to staying and feeling like family. Ivana was very diligent in helping us when questions arose. We had a Mario waiting for us at the bus station and drove to the border to get out lost luggage. Nicoli greeted us our first night and spent time with us tasting/explaining wine from the family winery. Which was excellent. The room was clean and quiet.
