Hotel con buenas instalaciones deportivas, gestion regular (no tuvimos WIFI, se fue la luz, no tuvimos agua una tarde) que ademas estan haciendo obras y no nos avisaron.

Zeer service gericht. Top!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en service gericht. We hadden de pech dat we voedselvergiftiging hadden opgelopen voorafgaand aan de komst bij het hotel. Het personeel haalde medicatie bij de apotheek en hoefde het niet eens te betalen. We zijn de volgende dag op doorreis gegaan en voelde ons weer bijna geheel hersteld. Ga zo door!

Hotel difícil de encontrar

La experiencia fue mala, la dirección que figura en Expedía y en la web y en el boucher, es incorrecta, esta dirección no existe. Encontrarlo fue una odisea, por suerte vimos un cartel indicador a 15 cuadras de la dirección que figura, caso contrario, aún estaría buscando. Al llegar nos dan una habitación distinta a la comprada, en las opciones de Expedía, había una triple con 3 camas, una triple superior de mayor precio, con una matrimonial y una simple, que fue la que compre. Pues nos daban la triple con tres camas pese a haber pagado la superior, En fin, tiene otros detalles que no vale la pena mencionar, se nota una mala administración, una pena ya que con un poco más sería un grande hotel. Vale acotar, que finalmente nos dieron dos habitaciones, lo lamentable es el mal momento, innecesario en unas vacaciones. Atte. Fernando Mainero

Et OK sted for et par nætter i Bosnien

Det er lille roligt hotel der ligger som en del af et sports/trænningcenter med fodbold, tennisbaner etc. Der er badeområde med to pools. Dette område er åben for offentligheden, men det fungerer ganske ude mærket og er et fint sted at afslutte dagen efter sightseeing i området. Hotellet er lidt slidt selvom det egentligt er moderne nok når det gælder møbler etc. Da vores toilet ikke virkede ved ankomsten blev det straks fixet. Samlet set synes vi at opholdet var en smule dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten, men det skyldes de mindre skønhedsfejl vi oplevede. Hotellet ligger i pilgrimbyen Medjugorje (katolsk) hvor man hver aften kan opleve stormesse midt i byen med måske 1.000 pilgrimme - ganske fascinerende uanset om man er troende eller ej. Der ca. 20 minutters kørsel til Kravice vandfaldende som er et must. Husk badetøj og badesko. Vandet under vandfaldet er super klart og ikke for koldt. Mostar er også et besøg værd. Det tager en halv time at køre dertil. Hvis man ankommer i bil til Bosnien, så husk det grønne forsikringsbevis. Vejene i området er ikke helt af samme standard som i DK, men det er ikke noget problem. Vær desuden opmærksom på at GPS/navigation ikke nødvendigvis er helt opdateret i dette område. Vi anvende derfor udover bilens GPS også GPS via vores mobiltelefon. Det opleves lidt som om at kortene og adresser ikke helt stemmer overens med virkeligheden. Vi nød opholdet på hotellet og området, og kommer gerne igen.

Grazioso hotel in centro sportivo

Siamo stati con figli piccoli due notti e ci siamo trovati bene in questa struttura dove si può svolgere varia attivita’ sportiva. E’ una zona fresca ed all’ombra di alberi che in altri posti della citta’ quasi mai si trovano. Buono il ristorante. Camere accoglienti.

Una magnifica sorpresa

Non ci aspettavamo un posto così bello, dato il costo della camera. Invece abbiamo trovato un ottimo hotel in mezzo agli alberi con vere piscine, grandi e pulite, ampi spazi verdi, ristorante, bar e tutto quello che si può desiderare in vacanza. Perfetti i campi da tennis, ce li siamo proprio goduti. Personale impeccabile. E camera super spaziosa con super balcone! Lo consiglieremo e ci torneremo!

sur le passage

l'hôtel est un peu en dehors et pas de signalétique depuis la rue passante. Mais il y a un accès piscine dans le complexe (pas directement dans l'hôtel)

Ruhige Lage nahe Medugorje

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und liegt auch schön versteckt. Wir sind zweimal an der Einfahrt vorbeigefahren... Es ist ruhig und man hört auch keine Straße. Die Zimmern sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt offenbar keinen Lift - aber wir waren glücklicherweise im ersten Stock untergebracht. Somit nur ein paar Stufen. Junges und scheinbar unerfahrenes, aber freundliches Personal. Frühstück war enttäuschend, weil eine halbe Stunde nach Einlass zum Frühstücksbuffet (07:30 - 10:00 Uhr) das meiste bereits abgeräumt war. Wiederauffüllen der leer gewordenen Teller und Getränke konnten wir während unserer Anwesenheit nicht wahrnehmen. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass man mir aus dem Kasten des versperrten Hotelzimmers (Zugang eigentlich nur durch den Room-Service) ein neuwertiges Marken T-Shirt entwendet hat. Der Schranktresor im Zimmer war zum Glück von mir nicht benötigt worden, da ich alle Wertsachen bei mir getragen habe. Im selben Schrank lagen meine T-Shirts, wo eines davon "verschwand." Ich habe den Vorfall beim Auschecken mitgeteilt und darauf hingewiesen, dass mir hier jemand aus dem versperrten Hotelzimmer ein teures T-Shirt entwendet hat. Zur Bemerkung: das Hotel war aufgrund der Reisezeit sehr schwach belegt. Der junge Mann vom Schalter hat sich dafür entschuldigt; aber so etwas soll nicht passieren. Also Empfehlung - keine Wertsachen im Zimmer zurück lassen und auch keine teure Kleidung oder sonstige interessante Gegenstände im Zimmer lassen.

restaurant food is to die for, fresh and cooked to perfection, I wished the shower heads can be replaced tricky sometimes. Overall good hotel. We will be returning back!
