"Staff was rude, non co operative, unfriendly and unhelpful. Facility needs repaired and rennovation. Very badly. Water issues. Room utilities very poor. Seems it’s only opens during exhibitions or some events only not a regular 365 days hotel. Disappointing experience of all group of 6 we stayed for a week."

"Except for one front desk officer, everybody else was wonderful. The rooms are clean, breakfast is decent, coffee is good and just make sure that you ask for non-smoking room if you don't smoke."

"Номер грязный, пыльный. Крышка чайника отломаная и пыльная. Дизайн комнат и коридоров специфический в красно-черных тонах с эротическими картинами. В отеле при входе магазинчик со спиртными напиткаии и бакалеей. Персонал хороший, вежливый. Отель близко к центру, рядом торговые центры, остановки общественного транспорта, банкоматы."

""While the staff were wonderful and the sheets were clean, the rest of the stay was a nightmare. We were put in a side building with unsecured entry doors and felt very unsafe. The room was in disrepair: the shower and heater turned on randomly at night, the lights failed multiple times, and the couch and carpet were covered in disgusting stains. For the price they charge, this was a massive disappointment."
