"The staff was generally kind, but the property is in an area where businesses compete to be the noisiest. A bar 50 yards away runs all day, and a block away, the street is packed with loud bars. The noise carries into the room due to zero soundproofing. The hallway lights stay on all night, and the rooms do not have blackout curtains to block the glare. The property also keeps the first floor and balconies open all day. Once bars close, traffic starts, followed by noisy housekeepers dragging...

"The hotel was amazing. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and it was clean spacious and if you get a suite you’ll have an equipped kitchen with everything. Staff were so helpful and service was top notch. Everything about the hotel was environmentally friendly. And the best is you have direct access to the mall."
