"I booked the hotel for my mother, and she was very satisfied. The room was nice and very clean, and the reception staff were also very helpful. The only issue was during check-out. I think there was a misunderstanding because we had already paid for one day of breakfast at the beginning, but it was not noted down, so they thought we had not paid for it. Other than that, everything was very good. We would definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to others."

"The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels. The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card."

"On our trip to Europe which included eight different countries, this was by far the BEST hotel we stayed in! While the parking was less than desirable, Daniel at the reception was kind and helpful in recommending public parking near the hotel for us. The room was amazing, the breakfast which was included, was the best we had in Europe and the location was very convenient to the old town and the train station. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Switzerland."
