"Self check in was easy, if a little time consuming. The rooms are large and comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee machine in the lounge. We never met any staff - they weren't there in the morning, and no sign of a breakfast option. It was a convenient stopover hotel."

"Checking is done via a computer console. Although it worked for us, there is no one to help if you have a problem. There is no one to ask about anything. The WiFi did not work for the evening of our stay. When it did come on, it is an unsecured network. The room is comfortable, but the bathroom did not look clean, probably because of the surface choices they made."

"I was meant to get a code to check in as it's a self-check-in. Nothing was sent!!. I was waiting at the reception for over half an hour and rang every number there, including the emergency number, and they were not interested..... Make sure you get a code before turning up, as they are unhelpful, especially if you turn up in the evening.... I would not go again!"
