"Although the facilities are outdated, I think the staff do a good job managing the place. The Korean woman serving breakfast was especially kind, and it was really wonderful. The soundproofing is terrible—I can hear every little sound from the next room. There seems to be a crazy old man who yells from the roof in the middle of the night almost every day; please do something about it."

"The hotel lobby was beautiful, and the bar and food were great. Overall, the stay was enjoyable with the exception of the beds and pillows. The bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were very thin, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I tossed and turned throughout the night and woke up with some back soreness. Unfortunately, the sleeping accommodations were not comfortable."

"The hotel was nice and clean. Checking-in was terrible as the staff member behind the desk was in a terrible and grumpy mood at first. Then he was unnecessarily argumentative. I'm not sure what his problem was, but was entirely unfriendly and even rude at times."
