"The staff were very friendly and rooms were fairly clean but I did have a few issues during my stay. 1. The "high speed internet" was barely functional in my room offering 1 bar of service if i was lucky 2 and constantly disconnecting due to poor connection quality. Specifically booked to be near where i would be writting a test after my stay but could barely study with the connection issues. 2. For my checkout date i needed to leave early so i asked to schedule a wake up call for 6:30 am. I woke up to my own alarm at 6.25 and never received a call. A few other small things here and there, overall was an ok experience but definitely could have been a lot better."

"Our stay was amazing but our check-in was terrible. An Indian guy did our check in at the hotel. His name is “Rusho” or “Rushi” something like that. He was extremely rude. Not helpful and was stressing us out. He don’t even answers any of our questions properly and just wants to finish the check in as early as possible so that he can sit in the back office and play phone. Also around 9:30pm we called the front desk to inform that the AC is not turning on. Unfortunately the same guy answered the call and told us to play around with the thermostat. We even told us to send someone in the room and he rudely denied and told us to figure out by our own. Later on the same night, I went to the front desk and the night auditor was very kind and he helped us to fix the ac issue. My only advice to the management team that all your staff are very nice except that Indian guy who did our check-in. Please train him well and make him ready for the customer service role especially at the front desk. Because of that staff, hotel will loose its positive impression and many guest will have an unpleasant experience. Please fix it. Everything else has been very good."

"Enfuyez-vous ! Première fois que je vois dans ma vie une chambre comme ça et je vous jure je se suis pas compliqué pour rester à une place! Frigo sale, chambre avec un odeur insupportable, draps avec des trous, toilette et douches SALES (des traces anciennes d'un diarrhée sur le couvre toilet), mures et plancher en extremment mauvais état: humidité, peinture arrachée à certains places... je n'ai pas pu rester, j'ai quitté tout suit même en perdant mon argent et j'ai cherché ailleurs."
