"Planned three-week stay (business trip) – the hotel’s website stated that the pool was undergoing renovations but would be open by the end of February; the hotel advertised a fitness center and laundry facilities – reality: March 24: pool—closed, fitness center—closed, laundry room—dryer not working, clothes from the washing machine not washed. A flyer in the room states that cleaning/towel replacement takes place at least every three days—reality: the first room cleaning didn’t happen until a week into the stay after three requests to the front desk, and the second cleaning again only after a request to the front desk.
