"We loved the powerful air conditioning, it kept the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated. The accommodation was perfect for two people, and the location was excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. Our only minor complaint was that the bathroom wasn’t very soundproof, so you could hear other guests flushing the toilet."

Call front desk to fix the problem but despite indicating that the problem was rectified the problem persisted. We were moved to another room."

Also provided ROUNDTRIP Bentley house car service, so I could purchase more luggage. The Michelin starred restaurant Pavyllon is the best meal I’ve ever eaten in the UK and might be the best hotel restaurant in the world, at what might be my favorite city property in the chain. 5 star stay across the board."
