The blackout drapes in room were starting to crumble. Water spilled out of the refrigerator bottom when I was putting things in. Every lampshade in the room was tilted. Water in the tub didn’t drain. Breakfast was ok. Juice machine was out of order but there was a pitcher of orange juice. Coffee at least was excellent The couple of positive things were the friendly front desk woman and staff, the bed was comfortable and the linens felt fresh and clean. Surprised by condition under IHG ownership. We will not be staying there again. "
