"This hotel is very tired. Needs updating and cleaning. Hot tub was closed for repair, and we could see that a section of the ceiling over the pool was missing. Fresh paint was needed everywhere. The blackout drapes in room were starting to crumble. Water spilled out of the refrigerator bottom when I was putting things in. Every lampshade in the room was tilted. Water in the tub didn’t drain. Breakfast was ok. Juice machine was out of order but there was a pitcher of orange juice. Coffee at least was excellent The couple of positive things were the friendly front desk woman and staff, the bed was comfortable and the linens felt fresh and clean. Surprised by condition under IHG ownership. We will not be staying there again. "

"When I got to my room, all it had were 3 large towels and a shower mat in the bathroom. No wash cloths, and no hand towels. I had to go down to the front desk and get them, Then there were no wash cloths. In the morning, I needed to water pick my teeth and there was no electricity going to the plugs in the bathroom. I had to floss my teeth over the ice bucket. This was very uncomfortable and unsanitary if you ask me. The front desk had it fixed by the time I returned, but the maintenance person left a mess on the bathroom floor.. They did not offer me a discount for these inconveniences. I will neverstay there again and I will not not recommend that Radisson either, For the outrageous price I paid I should not have had these issues and I should have been compensated."

"We arrived early and we were greeted a very nice gentleman. He was able to check and saw that our room was clean and ready for us. We were able to check in and relax before we went to a graduation. In the morning we just grabbed a cup of coffee from the coffee table and left. I had accidentally left my jacket in the closet. We called and spoke with a woman who was able to retrieve it and hold onto it. I had my daughter who was still nearby and she picked it up. I was very happy with the service there. "
