"I had a truly wonderful experience at the Terra Nova in Kingston. From the moment I arrived, the level of service exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was exceptionally professional and welcoming, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. The waiter at the restaurant delivered outstanding service—attentive, courteous, and efficient. The porter who assisted with our luggage was equally friendly and professional. I even had a brief interaction with one of the housekeeping staff, who was warm, kind, and personable. And I must highlight the breakfast—it was absolutely fantastic! A delightful variety and beautifully presented. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Without a doubt, I will be staying at Terra Nova again on my next visit to Jamaica."
