Second, the staff was amazing Miss Jasett, Miss Bernice, Miss Marva… and I am sure I am missing a few but they treated me like family. The staff that helped with my bags, came to turn down my bed or simply gave me extra water… loved them all! The driver that took me to the airport - Lancelot, he is so funny- we had the best ride down the mountain. And of course, the views… who doesn’t know about the views?! Stunning! But the staff are the hidden gems. I will be back."

"I liked the location of the property that it's close to Knucksford Blvd, hence to public transportation, Emancipation park and the commercial area. I noticed that parking is available on site to people who rented vehicles. I also liked the trees at the locale, and having a balcony which I used regularly. The facility was clean; cleaned daily by the staff. I love that the bed sheets and linen smell like fresh laundry. The mattress was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious, with local menu: the staff was engaging and pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel."
